ALTHEA offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Current pricing and plan details are displayed on our pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We may change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize PayPal to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. ALTHEA does not store your full credit card information.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
You retain ownership of content you submit to ALTHEA (photos, messages, profile information). By submitting content, you grant ALTHEA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by ALTHEA and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We encourage you to review it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALTHEA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY MATCHES, RELATIONSHIPS, OR SPECIFIC OUTCOMES FROM USING THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALTHEA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALTHEA and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@altheadating.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations or urgent matters.
